Hai guy how about make a forum that we can watch anime online in here?  

Your idea can be considered.

But..
1 - video+Forums = Fail. (It would be better at the weebly site instead of here.)
2 - Who and where are the videos gonna get uploaded? (Dailymotion may work but idk much about their policies)
3 - Who will maintain the page? (Don't have time to keep things updated here, less will I be in putting online videos.)

To make things possible for things like that we need a personal server, Create a logo for every show and try to keep it out of DMCA (Which is the hard thing right now) and it's gotta be a cheap one like.. let's say.. $20 a month. (Consider that we need donations as well.)

Wou so much things need to be think about before doing it.  

So it can be consider as future PLAN.    

Well I think putting it in Youtube is good . as long as it's hidden

No afiz.. When you finish uploading, it will be checked by the system before moving to "Public". I have exp. the same thing over and over. even if hidden it will get removed even before adding it in here.

Yeah, the You tube has a system that will automatic check the video even if hidden it.

I have experience I have 4 youtube account and my video is all about anime and now 3 of them get copyright strikes... I have upload naruto shippuuden episodes edited with an extra video affect and it works... the video online for long but I think someone have flag the video..



Because of that, I never again upload any anime episode on youtube...
Now,  i can't find any option to share youtube video privately [not on the search list] only for people who have the youtube link can watch  

Just try dailymotion. If it get's copyright or flagged, then Idea is out of dropped until a better way to do this. Weebly Pro has a video uploading app with unlimited Size uploading storage. But I don't have the funds to pay for that either.

how about videoweed.es .. it haz free registration and provide remote upload too but only ".avi .flv .mp4" is allowed

I never try it before .. what I know is the streaming speed is slow
